Can someone explain to me why WebEx recordings are so bad? I mean you get a tiny little video window to look at in playback, but if you make the window bigger you cannot even make out who or what is in the video. And the small window is too small for anything to be recognizable. You would think with a product this widely used that there has to be something better. I have been told that I need to close everything on the computer I am running WebEx app on. Everything is closed. Does not matter whether the computer is old or new, dialup (exaggerating) or highest speed Internet, the results are the same.
