Well i didn't find much about how to make it happen but there is an option where i can use the board with the hybrid calls service, i already implemented the hybrid calls (everything is working, etc.) now i don't really know how to make the board work with that schema.
1. I created an user on my CUCM, including directory URI, Mail ID, primary extension (with my domain, same as the users on Cisco Webex Control Hub)
2. There is a line associated with that account and it is showing me the right URI.
3. I'm getting an error in the Cisco Webex Control Hub: (on Places - Tab):
"No Directory Number exists in Cisco Unified CM with this directory URI. In Cisco Unified CM Administration, configure a directory number with this directory URI."
I tried creating a Spark Remote Device with the webex sip address as remote destination and the primary extension in the CUCM associated.
can anyone please share some documents or opinions about this?
