Webex Use Cases for Executive Assistants

Looking for feedback regarding Executive Assistants being able to access and manage Webex settings, meetings, calls, and other things.  I believe most of this is only accessible by the end user, in this case the CEO, but how can their assistant access this to fulfill their role?

Our EA is mainly concerned with meetings at the moment but I'm sure call features would be a nice add on later.

For meetings, we generally help set all the executive settings up, give alternate host rights (and delegate in Outlook) and the EA can pretty much handle all from there on. They can use the web scheduler or outlook to schedule meetings on behalf of the Executive with either a personal room or scheduled meeting. For us, calls are on CUCM so they are managed with a traditional shared line appearance and intercoms.
