what is difference between destination-pattern and route pattern?

Hi,

destionation-pattern is an IOS command and is used on the router / voice gateway with H.323 or SIP.

route pattern is a callmanager configuration element.

Both influence how calls are routed. The specifics depedns by each configuration.
