Where to obtain old CCM versions?

I am in desperate need of CallManager 3.2(2c). I have a customer running it. I have the customer's database backup saved to cd-rom and I need to restore it to another server to begin upgrading, but I need precisely the correct version in order to restore the database. The Product Upgrade Tool does not allow me to download this version. Can someone help me out with this?

I'm not sure there's any real procedure to get old versions of the full installs. If you happen to have an even older version, you can pick up the maintenance upgrade for 3.2(2c) here:
