Why my application execute lineDrop() ?

I wrote my code using Cisco RTP Stream and run well.

but I cannot hear voice .

then I checked debug info(I use Cisco TSP 3.1) and found When CallStartTransmissionEvent, next info was TSPI_lineDrop()! WHY?

Can anyone known how to do with it?
