Wierd Error on 2600 with FXO for Gateway

Getting this error in detailed trace on ccm with using a 2600 with a NM2v and a FXO port as a gateway for a couple phones in a lab environment...

Both Router and CCM show the gateway as registered to each other, I can see the fxo port ringing when I call into it, but It never answers (see it ringing by issuing a show voice port sum)

ios on router is: c2600-ik8o3s-mz.122-4.T1.bin

ccm v 3.2.1 (spA)

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.

To utilize the resources at our Technical Assistance Center, please visit http://www.cisco.com/tac and to open a case with one of our TAC engineers, visit http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen

If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.
