I have encountered a strange issue with Jabber, while I have checked all the settings many times.
When I install and set up Jabber after the setup is done, I can easily log in from both the internal network and the internet, but after a few hours, I can only log in from the internal network and in external network I get the following error message from the internal network.
"You cannot log in outside the corporation network"
While in this case, if I enter the wrong password, I get a false password warning, so it can't be a DNS problem.
Meanwhile, just by disconnecting and connecting the network card of the Expressway server, you can log in again through the internal and external network for a few hours. Then again after a few hours, you can only use the internal network to log in.
Can anyone help me with this?
