Which version of Unity is running there?

Are the error events in application log?

Sorry for the lack of a message in the original post:

The issue we are having is that after the System plays the: You may record your message at the tone, when you are finished you may hang up or hold for further options Prompt, there is no tone.

The users can record a voice message and it is delivered to the phone. They just dont hear the tone that should come after the system message.

Anyone with any ideas on how to correct this?
