AIR-LAP1142N-A-K9 -> AIR-CT5508-K9

hello,

i have a remote office user with a AIR-LAP1142N-A-K9 wireless access point, if i use command line lwapp ap controller ip address x.x.x.x, i can get it to join the remote AIR-CT5508-K9 wireless controller just fine, but when it reboots or loses power it does not rejoin.  this appears to be a DNS issue as the WAP cannot resolve the capwap hostname or IP.  the user does not use DNS that allows me to create an entry for this, is there a way to apply a persistent controller IP address to this AP?

thanks

There's a way to configure the controller option in dhcp as an option then it will get the appropriate address.
