Hi,

Have you tried dir /all /recursive to see if there are any files in sub-directories?

If you want to format the bootflash: you could copy the license file to an alternate location such as USB, TFTP, FTP, SCP server etc., and then copy it back after.

Regards

thanks for getting back to me steve , i can backup the license showing (throughput license), but the adventerprise license i don't have the .lic file in the flash

OK. If you have the Product Activation Key (PAK) for the router you should be able to create a new license file.

Did the dir /all /recursive show any files that would seem to be consuming all the space?

Regards
