Cisco 10GBase-ZR Optical Transmitter Mask Definition

Hello

I am searching for the Cisco Optical Tx specification (more specifically optical mask coordinates) for 10GBase-ZR module.  It appears this is not an IEEE spec but a Cisco spec as below.

-> Are the ZR mask coordinates the same as 10GBaseLR/ER?

-> Is there a Cisco document which has the 10GBase-ZR mask coordinates?

Cisco SFP-10G-ZR module

The Cisco SFP-10G-ZR is a multirate 10GBASE-ZR, 10GBASE-ZW, and OTU2/OTU2e module. It supports link lengths of up to about 80 kilometers on standard Single-Mode Fiber (SMF, G.652). This interface is not specified as part of the 10 Gigabit Ethernet standard and is instead built according to Cisco specifications.

Thanks for any insight here.

Regards,

John
