Hi Friends,
I came across a situation where customer is expanding their rack and unfortunately, They have next available rack around 300 meters away from Core Switch (Nexus 5000). now in the new rack Customer wants to install Cisco FEX 2000 but challenge is that which cable to use?
can someone suggest what type of cable can be used in such situation? Fiber is an option here or not?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Jigar,
Fibre is your ONLY option.
Your client needs to install single-mode fibre. Nexus ends should have either a pair of GLC-LH-SMD (1 Gbps) or SFP-10G-LR (10 Gbps).
