Cisco Prime preformance manager

We have ordered cisco prime infrastructure and cisco preformacne manger.

for preformance manger:

          we have one server UCSC-C220-M3S configured with

               2 quad core ( 3.3 GHZ)  -  64G RAM  -  2.4 TB HD.

For prime infrastructure

we ordered one server UCSC-C220-M3S configured with

           one Quad core 2.4GHZ  -  16GB RAM  -  1.2TB HD  and VMW-VS5-STD-1A

I have two question:

- can I swap between the hardware between the Prime infrastructure and preformance manageras the preformance manager doesn't require that much specs.

-can I swap the VMware lic to be used on the high spec one
