Cisco VXC2111 crash

Hi,

We have deployed a couple of Cisco VXC2111 thin clients to the back of 9971 and 9951 phones (all powered with power cubes) and are seeing some strange behaviour. The VXC connects to a vmware view 4.6 server.

When we connect a 24"full HD screen, the VXC seems to crash every time we move around in the virtuual desktop (like open any window or start any program).

When we connect a smaller 19"screen with a lower resolution, this problem occurs maybe ones every day.

I have allready upgraded to the latest firmware I can find, but still the same issue.

Also connecting any device to the 2 side usb ports does not work. It does not seem to deliver any power.

I have now deployed a Cisco VXC 2211 (the standalone version). This unit is connected to the same screen and the same virtual desktop.

It does not crash however it does not display a resolution higher than 1024x768 and I cannot seem to adjust it.

Any ideas?
