How to configure bandwidth limitation on Cisco 2960x

Now we are using Cisco 2960X switch, We need to configure per port bandwidth limitation in switch.

If anyone have knowledge please share the configuration.

I checked and flow given steps but still unable to bandwidth limitation on our cisco switch. could you please share the another configuration.
