I created a new NFS Hyperflex volume for Commvault backups, then created a (thin-provisioned) datastore on it and mounted that to the (Windows) Commvault VM. After a few days of backups, the datastore is 97% full. However, in Windows it's only about 10% full.
How can I resolve this problem so that the volume usage in Hyperflex matches what I'm seeing in Windows?

I am curious if your guestVMs Windows virtual disks were thin provisioned or thick provisioned.....
Also check to make sure the 'cleaner' service is running: stcli cleaner info (should show running on all nodes).
Also run:sysmtool --ns cluster --cmd enospcinfo
Take note of the reclaimable space

Grrr, that was it! I was mistaken - thought I'd created it as thin provisioned, but it's actually thick.
Thanks for the additional info, though. Useful commands to have.
