Nexus 7000 License quiestion

Hi, I am not very clear concerning N7K License. I am running LAN_ADVANCED_SERVICES_PKG VERSION version 6.1(5). I need to run EIGRP. The feature is available nevertheless on Cisco docs I read EIGRP requires an Enterprise Services license,  so it confuses me. 

Could you please clarify to me that point .

why not turn it on see if it works ? im on enterprise and it works and I do think you need it looking t the docs as it states that's for VDCs not eigrp , so doesn't look good from doc point of view
