Here is the messages reference from Cisco document, and the link for your reference. What does 'No DDTS' mean in the recommended action?

Hi

Not 100% on DDTS as its something to do with the actual internal hardware .... Distributed Defect Tracking System (DDTS) but as per this doc it suggests contacting TAC so you amy have an issue there ,I would open a case with them , this could be an internal issue with your system
