Out of Band Management \ Remote Access

Hello,

Hopefully, its ok to post this in this section!  I need to be able to remotely access 3 appliances at a remote data center.  Currently, I have an Open Gear MX7004 modem dial in appliance.  Unfortunately, I am having issues with my 1MB analog line and reliably connecting.  How are you all remotely accessing equipment (out of band, when your IPSEC VPN, MPLS etc is down) out of band in data centers?  What devices are you all using?

Not sure which region you are ? we use DSL (in UK) here they are stable for out of band with 2 facto authentication.

Then you can have good DSL connection for these kind of setup.
