Hi,
I'm using PRIME to monitor some critical alerts but I want to exclude the "Interface Discard Rate Threshold Violated" from the critical alerts. Can't find the option to classify them as minor or to don't show up in the Critical alerts list, all the other alerts were configured but this ones are not. Could you help? Thanks!

Greetings.
The threshold can be configured > Monitor / Monitoring Tools / Monitoring
Policies - Automonitoring. Expand the section for - Link and Trunk Ports.
The Interface Inbound Errors is set to be 10 by default and the Interface Inbound Discards is set to 5 by default.
See https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/prime/infrastructure/3-2/user/guide/bk_CiscoPrimeInfrastructure_3_2_0_UserGuide/bk_CiscoPrimeInfrastructure_3_1_0_UserGuide_chapter_01000.html#task_1138921 on adjusting these.
Thanks,
Kirk...
