UCS C240 M3 stuck on memory testing / configuration

I've been dealing with this C 240 M3 server stuck on "configuring and testing memory" and running out of options and inspiration I'd appreciate  some suggestions where to go next with troubleshooting process.

Currently I can only access the CIMC, and no major errors are shown. Running on only flash drive should this be an issue?

The issue was due to memory hardware errors.
I booted up the server with one memory card at the time and sorted out the defective ones.
