2924M-XL with X2961-XL i want creat an vp with vpi=30

hello,

i used this configuration but i want open the vp with VPI=30.

In the consol and in the interface ATM 1. i cannot open the vpi = 30 but i can vpi =0-0 ?

is it possible to do it?
