3560 GBIC Issue

Has anyone else had problems with 3560 GBIC modules?

When using 3560's with QOS enabled and a GBIC module acting as a trunk (GLC-T or GLC-SX) certain applications open files very slow.

If I disable QOS or use one of the fast ethernet ports as a trunk the problem goes away.

We had seen issues due to which non QoS traffic could get affected due to the way buffers are carved after enabling QoS on 3560/3750. Try making the following changes to queues and see if it makes any difference

mls qos queue-set output 1 threshold 2 400 400 100 400

mls qos queue-set output 1 buffers 15 45 20 20

I tried this after reading a response to a previous message, but it has no effect.

Any other ideas?
