3560 spontaneously restarts when Fluke OneTouch Series II is connected

Has anyone had issues with the Fluke OneTouch Series II causing a 3560 to restart? I connected it to a 3560 and started a test and all the sudden the phones in that particular wing of the building died. The switch had restarted.

I have tested this on a 3560 in my office and was able to get it to restart the switch about 50% of the time.

Is this a PoE issue? Has anyone experienced and resolved this issue?

It seems that PoE is not supported on the One Touch II

Have you had a console connection to the switch to see what, if any, error messages come up?
