Hi,
Please somebody tell me if its a hardware problem or the image that i'm going to upload?I'm using xmodem to recover the corrupted IOS of my 3640.Baud rate was set to 115200.My router router goes into rommon.
"rommon 1 > xmodem -c c3640-js-mz.120-7.xk3.bin

It appears that there is an issue writing to the flash device from rommon. Try using the syntax xmodem -r c3640-js-mz.120-7.xk3.bin
This will send the IOS to DRAM only and should boot the router to IOS. Once in IOS, copy the IOS to flash via TFTP using the copy tftp flash command. Do not reboot or turn off the power to the router before a valid image is in flash or you will go back to rommon.
