3640 unable to boot due to illegal DRAM

I have a 3640 and when power cycled it fails to boot due to illegal DRAM. The router comes up in rommon. What can I do to save this router???

If possible, try to post the console log here from power ON to rommon> on the router..was it booting fine in the past?..Tejal
