6509, Media module not showing

We have a couples of new 6500-e (SU 720)

with CME T1 modules on it

I can not see the configuration and "show hard", but it show on "show module". Also, I can sess into the module.

Anyone knows about why I can not make configuration changes via console port ?

We use 12.2(18) on SU 720.

Any suggest is appreciated.

Hi

You have a seperate image for CMM which is not bunlded with the SUP image of MSFC image.

you need to chek out whether your CMM module meet this factor.

•Supervisor Engine 720 requires the CMM to run Cisco IOS Release 12.3(8)XY6 or a later release.

•Supervisor Engine 720-3B/3BXL requires the CMM to run Cisco IOS Release 12.3(8)XY6 or a later release
