I have this 7120 router which seems to be okay, but when I type "Sh Ver" I get this output.

When I type "Show flash:" I get the error message, "Can't open device not ready". Looks like the Flash card is not working, but then from where it is loading the IOS. I do have this command in the configuration file.
boot system flash disk0:c7100-is56i-mz.121-5.T9.bin,
but again, if the device is not ready then it should not boot.
