I have 2610 series router(has only e0/0) and WS-C3550-48 switch.I need two vlan on ethernet segment and to reach them from wan.is it possible 802.1q trunking(not isl) between router(e0/0) and switch(fa0/48)?

Here is the example.. Also if you want you can make the connection to the 3550 switch as the layer 3 - routed link and then run routing protocol to take care of the routing between the switch and the router -
