Just curious if the Cisco 827H with the IPSEC FW+ IOS could do some kind of DMZ??

I have a situation where I have 5 IP addresses on a DSL connection and want to be able to allow users out to the Internet, Packet Filter the traffic and NAT to some WWW servers internally??

Can this be done??

The DMZ is just a concept where some of the machines are connected to a separate port on the device to allow less restircted access from the internet. Since this model seems to have multiple Ethernet interfaces and and ADSL interface, I guess you should be able to do what you want. The configuration will depend on the addresses, what protocols are allowed to communicate with the machines connected to the DMZ port etc. Check out if this link helps you :
