about S4KL3-12113EW in 4006

I will use the new feature " port security" in cat4006 with sup3. now I must download new ios S4KL3-12113EW . I can find the download file in CCO is such as "c4500-i-mz.121-13.bin ". but in release notes, the file is "cat4000-is-mz.121-13.EW.bin", I don't know where can I download it? please give the URL about download S4KL3-12113EW ios.

S4KL3-12113EW is a part number and only used for ordering. c4500-i-mz.121-13.bin is for 4500 router and not Cat4k switches.The correct image name would start with cat4000.....I suggest that you upgrade to

cat4000-is-mz.121-13.EW1.bin which can be downloaded from
