AclmServer error with busy flag set

Hello, I try to use ACLM but the status of AclmServer is Running with a busy flag set. When I run Edit ACLs in ACL Manager, the message "Cannot connect to ACLM server" appears to me. The version of ACLM is 1.6, CCS 2.2 with SP2, CM 3.3, DFM 1.2, RME 3.5.

Have you also installed the CiscoWorks JRM Security Patch on top of ACLM 1.6?. If so, then this patch is not yet compatible with ACLM 1.6 and will break it.

Rizwan, if I see the patches installed, I can see CSCin67648-1,CSCin66912-1, CSCsa04092-1, CSCsa08214-1.0 and CSCin40659-1 but I don't know what Security Patch are you talking about.

In the packages installed the information thats appears is:

Package name: ACL Manager

Version: 1.6

Install Date: 4-19-2004 14:17:20

Installed Patches: none

State: ENABLED

Can you help me please?

Rizwan, if I see the installed patches and applications on CiscoWorks, this patch is not appears. Do you have any other idea?

Rizwan, another admin tell me not sure if he applied this patch. Do you know any way that can I review this patch and how to uninstall it if there was installed?
