Adapter cisco ATA adapter with router SPA122

I just switched to another VOIP provider named Vestalink.I was until now with Packet8..how can I configure the router to dapt to vestalink

Talk to Vestalink about what protocols they use. 

Otherwise, you could start by changing the username/password and point the SPA 122 to look at Vestalink.

Leo thank you for your response..but I'm a total idiot when it comes to this....can you tell me step by step how to do this.I contacted Vestalink and of course their response was ...too complicated and told me to purchase their router ..I s that necessary...don't think I will get much help from them ..since they push their products..but I would like to save if possible

Sorry, mate.  

You'll need to know what is there SIP address.  What ports, protocols, etc.  Otherwise, it's a stab in the dark.
