this is my first intsalltaion of cw and i had installed acl after the lan mgmt series. now the problem is that acl is featured in the rme drawer and i am unable to add devives to the acl manager as some of the few options i have is of edit, viewing and making templates... etc. i am not getting the root folder as indicated in the user guide to add the devices.

What platform are your running CW on? What version(s) and patch levels do have installed?

Here's where you can check to ensure you have all the appropriate patches:

It seems you installed ACLM 1.5 or 1.4, as ACLM 1.6 comes with its own drawer. ACLM relies on RME. You need to have the device managed by RME before you can add scenarios to ACLM.

yup i just found the solution, the edit acl allows you to enter the devices from the rme.. thanks a ton.
