We have over 500 devices managed by CiscoWorks.
We added a Call Manager on the network. But ANI don't see it. The Call Manager is connected to a switch managed by CW. We can see the Call Manager with CDP on the switch. With the connectivity tools of CW, we can ping, trace, nslookup, snmp (RO) to the Call Manager. Is the access-list on the interface of the router going to the Call Manager, the problem ? For the CW station, we have :
