I ran a Self-Test on the database and the database.pl script failed. I am having trouble determining the problem because the message I get is as followed:

FAIL Self Test Fail to query dfmfh.DbVersion, Error: [Sybase][ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Anywhere]Unable to

Self Test Fail to query dfmfh.SYSTABLE, Error: [Sybase][ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Anywhere]Unable to

The message is cut off at "Unable to "

Can someone help me to discover what the rest of the message says. Another log file perhaps. Also, any help on fixing the problem would be appreciated as well.

dfmfh -> sounds like you have DFM Fault History also installed?

yes I do. Does that mean something to you? I am fairly new with CiscoWorks and am not yet at the point of comfortable. Do you have any suggestions on my failed test?

Try doing a net stop crmdmgtd followed by net start crmdmgtd on the CLI and the run the test again.
