as 5350 callback doesn't work

i have an as5350 router with two E1 pri/lines and configured it base on cisco configuration callback initiate from a home pc(windows) to router,but it doesn't work from my home and I can't use from callback, I hope you can solve this problem for me.

Is it a PPP callback or exec callback? Are the callback parameters configured on the as5350 or through an AAA server?
