Assign higher level commands to users with less privileges on a BPX

Can I assign a user privileges to run a set of commands that only users with higher level can run?

For example, I'd like to give a user with level 0 the possibility to run some dsp... StrataCom commands.

No, you cannot. You can only provide them from 0 to 6 privileges and cannot be customized.
