Async dial-in on cisco 1003

I'd like to know how to configure a cisco 1003 IOS 11.3.11 to accept async dial-in connections from modems

Modem calls on 1003 routers will not work at all..Because 1003 router just has a bri interface and no modem built in where you can terminate the modem calls...

HI there I might be wrong but cant you just Attaching a US Robotics Modem to the Console Port of a Cisco Router? it can Configure the router to accept incoming calls. http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/471/50.html

or am i missing something. I personally am just started learning this topic and i ra accross this article today.
