i have one 3740 router,local authentication,but when i dial,

the profile display "no answer",and dial again display "it's busy",and use the command "show modem log 4/0" display follow:

Which direction is the call going ? Into the 3700 or dialing out from the 3700 ? Please describe the dial process that is taking place. What kind of trunk are you using PRI, or CAS ? Capture debug cas or debug isdn q931 in addition to debug modem csm and debug modem to get a better look.

and i use debug modem trace all,display as follow:
