AT&T Network Client vs Cisco VPN Client

We could not successfully run AT&T Network Client on a W2K PC if a Cisco VPN client was also installed. The AT&T Network Client would fluctuate between the "Negotiating encryption keys with the VPN server" screen and the "Accessing digital certificates" screen. Even though the Cisco VPN client was installed, it was not loaded. When we uninstalled the Cisco client, the AT&T client started working OK. Anybody has come accross this issue?

If you have access to Bug toolkit, check if there are any known issues with the version that you are using.
