Backup routing over isdn

Could any one tell me how do i trigger a isdn call only if two interfaces (from athe same router) go down.

Can you please provide some more info.

What are these interfaces - Serial/Ethernet?

Static v/s Dynamic routing?

What kind of ISDN backup is this - Backup Interfaces, Floating Static Routes or Dialer Watch for DDR Backup?

If you can provide an example with some IP addressing would be great!

I have one router that is connected to a frame relay network(spoke) and is connected to other router via fast ethernet, one isdn link exist for backup for the frame relay connection, i have ospf running on the router.I want that de isdn link only come up if the ethernet and the frame-relay interface go down.
