Backup serial with atm

Hi!

I have an unique router 7204VXR connected to 4 different routers 7204VXR throungh 4 subinterfaces in a 34 Mb serial line (E3).

How can I make a backup of this line?

- With another E3 and backup interface configuration, is it posible? Can they share the differents IPs of the 4 subinterfaces?

- Can I make a backup of this E3 with an atm interface and subinterfaces? Can it generate any problem?
