Bad UDP Checksum messages from HSRP announcements

While analyzing network traffic on one of my subnets, I recently started noticing the following messages coming from my active and standby routers that are performing HSRP.

Checksum: 0x0DD5 Checksum invalid. Should be: 0x66D8

What does this mean? Is this an indication to a possible future failure? How can I fix this?

Routers are 3640's running IOS image: c3640-bin-mz.122-13.T.bin

This message could be because of corrupted frames transmitted by any of the systems. I haven't seen this error in any of the documentation. You could however refer to the IOS documentation and find out the details.
