Campus Manager can't connect to ANI?

I keep getting an error when I try to view anything within Campus Manager; "Cannot connect to ANI server."

The ANI server is up and running with a few devices in the list.

Anyone know why this might be happening?

I think you are using W2K with SP2 or higher.

Whe had the same problem with Ciscoworks 2000 and SP2 and had to go back to SP1. I heard there are versions of CW2000 that support the SP2 or SP3, but I am not sure about it.
