Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? There is a range of IP's (205.133.16*.*) that will not show up in my user tracking screen. Additionally, the switches that provide connectivity for these users show up in the topology services, but NEVER in the user tracking mode. I have triple-checked the SNMP settings and don't know what else to do. We have two other ranges (192.153.34.* and 206.21.16*.*), I get about half of the users in the 206 range, and all of the 192 range, but nothing from 205.

See if http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/Campus/ani.shtml helps.

I've been there already, but I'll look again. Any ideas?
