Looking for a little help in where I went wrong.  I successfully added a 5760 wireless controller to PI2.2.  It is displayed in the inventory.  What is strange is The Client Count is populated correctly but the AP Count is 0.  The AP Count should read 155.  I know the ap's are online as I would be bombarded with calls if they weren't.  Would anyone happen to know what I am missing?  TIA. ... Just added a ct-5760 controller to PI2.2.  It was added successfully and shows up in the inventory.  What's weird is the AP Count = 0 and the Client Count = 0.   There are 155 ap's connected and client count is about 600.   Anybody ever experience this with PI2.2?  TIA ... View more

I am trying to do an inline upgrade from PI2.2 to PI3.0.  I copy the upgrade file to defaultRepo and start the ujpgrade process.   and verify the MD5 and SHA512 Checksums.  When I start the install, I get the following:   Initiating Application Upgrade... Stage 1 of 7: Transferring file ... -- complete. Stage 2 of 7: Unpacking file ... % Unable to unbundle the package. Package may be corrupt or there is not enough disk space   I verify the MD5 and SHA512 Checksums and they are correct.   What disk space might be the issue.  Can anyone advise what I should look at next.  TIA ... Attempted to configure the CIMC on a cisco 5520 WLC.  The attached screen shot is what I found.  I also tried using the rear panel serial port but it looked like I was configuring the wlc instead of the CIMC.  Can anyone offer some advice on what I'm running into?  TIA ... View more

Currently, I have 2 5508 controllers providing connectivity for 304 access points.  The ap’s are configured with a primary and secondary controller.  5508A is licensed for 325 ap’s.  5508B is licensed for 275 ap’s.  The math says if 5508A fails, almost 30 ap’s will not join.  Can I still purchase the old style license paks?  Or is there another alternative?  TIA ... I am trying to get back into a cisco 4510 using the password recovery procedure.  The instructions are easy to follow but the issue seems to be the inability to change the config register.   I perform the following: >Ctrl + C >At the rommon prompt, confreg 0x2142 >reset The switch will reload but it will not bypass the autoboot.   Where am I going wrong?  TIA ... Having a little problem with PI2.2.  I am unable to access the web interface.  I can access CLI and the shell.  I have tried to reset the root password without success.   PI/admin# ncs webroot enable ERROR : Unable to enable root account (db update error)   I have also created a new user with admin privileges but still unable to access the web.  Anybody have any ideas.   TIA ...
