Hi,
I have a doubt regarding OSPF advertising its neighbour a secondary address configured on its ethernet interface. Is this possible ? As far as I know that the OSPF advertise to its adjacent router only its primary address configured on the Ethernet.
But can I force the secondary address of the ethernet to advertise to its adjacent router. If so, then please suggest the configurations/documents for the above.
Thanks & Regards,
Pradeep Shet

OSPF will advertise the secondary address as a stub network but as the network is a stub (a network with no other routers attached) no adjacencies will be formed with any other routers using the secondary address
