The is probably an ACL between the two.

Hope this helps,

I have checked this and there is none, any other ideas ?

It might be that, when you are ping from B to A, the source IP address selected is not reachable somewhere along the path. Something to verify.

Hope this helps,

Is there any firewall software installed in the PC ? It may be blocked by the firewall. If yes, try to disable it and try again. If works, add the rule to allow ping if you need it.

Hope this helps.
